Set in 70 acres of stunning grounds YHA Ravenstor towers above the River Wye in the Peak District. This National Trust Property offers affordable accommodations self-catering facilities and home-cooked food. Using fresh local produce this YHA hostel serves hearty English meals in its dining room accompanied by a wide range of beers wines and spirits. The guest lounge has garden views deep comfortable sofas and a real log fire while Wi-Fi access is available in public areas. The majority of rooms contain bunk beds. Located between the Todewell and Millers Dales beautiful countryside walking routes including the White Peak Way and the Monsal Trail surround the property. Fishing is available locally. Buxton and High Peak Golf Club is a 10-minute drive from YHA Ravenstor. Free parking is available at the property.

Amazing time, relaxing and welcoming.

Liked: Amazing location. The facilities were fantastic, the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Our beds were very comfortable. The food was really good alongside a great drinks selection Thanks to everyone at YHA Ravenstor for a great stay.

Liked: The location and the views were fantastic. Staff were great, the kitchen and the lounge facilities were great.
Disliked: Not enough plug sockets. No USB or USB C ports near the bed.It's a first world problem, but if there were 6 people in the room, with only 2 plug sockets, it would have been an issue.

The best stay we had.

Liked: I’ve celebrated my birthday with friends (12 people) and we stayed at YHA Ravenstor. The staff were do friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing. We will book more YHA at countryside again.

Liked: The staff were very nice and friendly , it's very cheap to stay.also very clean.
Disliked: Very clean ,and very cheap .
