An excellent YHA experience

Liked: Location is excellent for the Pembroke Coast Path, the staff and reception were friendly and organised, the cafe serving good meals and drinks was excellent and the prices very moderate. The rooms and toilets were very clean. The self catering kitchen is kept very clean and those using it were respectful of this. Overall an excellent experience.
Disliked: Only failing was running out of chips (grandson likes them) in the evening meal and only one cook for the evening meal necessitating a longer than usual wait for the meal. But let's face it, this is not a failing really.

I recommend this hotel.

Liked: The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place, also there is an exit to the bay where you can swim in the ocean and enjoy the wonderful view and silence. The hotel has everything you need after an active holiday and not only for an active one. The room is clean, toilets and showers are next to the room, clean and in sufficient quantity, there was no queue either in the morning or in the evening. The staff is polite and attentive. Breakfast is fulfilling and varied, there is also a separate self-catering kitchen where you can cook your own food. The cafe at the hotel is open until 22:00 which is a great opportunity to spend your night peacefully.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was weak

Disliked: I had paid for breakfast on arrival, I changed my mind in a few minute. try to cancel the breakfast booking they could not cancel the booking, which was disappointing. Otherwise, all was good. Nowadays, now days modern world, these things should be easy to do

Liked: Wonderful facilities and staff . The beech is beautiful just a short walk too !
