Good value for money

Liked: Location was fine, about 5-10 minutes by foot from underground station and supermarket. Room was clean and big enough. We liked the possibility of getting free drinking filtered water from the tap at the reception. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use any other accommodation services.
Disliked: One towel per person should be included in the room price. The water temperature in the bathroom was too hot for washing.

A lovely stay in London

Liked: The dorm room was spacious and had two toilets and showers. I liked the kitchen facilities. And there was a water refill station downstairs. The staff members were friendly. The location's excellent, and I enjoyed a stroll along the Thames.
Disliked: Curtains around bunk beds would have been nice for privacy.

Liked: very clean hostel, good quality bedding and comfortable mattress. amazing view of canary wharf from my bed. the underbed storage lockers are great for backpacks. the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: the shower's water pressure was so bad i actually laughed when it turned on. i dont think someone could wash their hair using that, but u can make do if youre not
