Good

Liked: Hostel is excellent for family access is little bit far but easy to reach. Also mattress and pillows needs to replace cleaning and sheets were ok
Disliked: Kitchen is small and TV lounge is inactive

Very good

Liked: Great stay thanks with my three young daughters, beds good and clean, very secure
Disliked: Wifi turned off when we needed it to check where to buy tickets, asked lady where to buy metro tickets and told canary walf station and woman even said seven minutes walk up road was not a metro station and no tickets, had machine and ticket office in the station. Maybe the lady wanted us to take the ferry to go across the river to the other metro station? My wife even asked twice same lady who said twice no metro up the road. Was left very confused

A great comfortable stay for...

Liked: The staff are polite and available if you need assistance, but stay out of your way. For the price and convenient location, this cannot be beaten!
Disliked: The room was a bit outdated, but I honestly, was absolutely not bothered.

Amazing

Liked: the staff were very polite, helped us with any concern we had. The rooms were neat, even though it was a dorm room we didn't have any disturbance.
Disliked: The shower is tooo slow which was the only annoyance we had. Just one streak of water. It elwas very difficult to take bath. All showers were like that so it seems purposeful.

Very good but for poor...

Liked: The vibe is relaxedThe room is big
Disliked: Shower extremely useless. Water pressure is poor. Only droplets were dispersed. Couldn't wash hair.
