Liked: Fantastic location, excellent staff, great breakfast, wonderful room, good parking, brilliant price.
Disliked: 1) It's quite annoying that Booking.com lists this as having free WiFi, but when you turn up you realise that's only in the foyer and not in the lodges. It wouldn't cost much to get some WiFi repeaters to get the lodges connected. 2) It was a warm day, so we would expect the room to be a bit warm in the evening - we had been in London and arrived back to the room about 1am - it was absolutely sweltering, even with the fan on and window open, we were all sweating and had a terrible night's sleep. I can't overstate how hot it was. My partner seems to be suffering from heat stroke! I know these hot days are unusual, and there's not much they can do, so it's not really a criticism, but a portable air con unit might be worth investing in.

Liked: Good location for travelling into London on the train. Good kitchen. Good shower.
Disliked: Noise from people in the adjacent room. Lack of soft furnishings means noise echos especially from doors closing.

Family stay

Liked: I like the location, the fact that all the beds had clean bedding and sheets. The location was secure and quiet.
Disliked: The fact that there were no towels in the room.

Liked: A fantastic place in a great location next to the station and a Tesco Express.Cannot fault our room, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was excellent.Highly recommend
