Liked: Location is great in a suburb place with great outdoor space good for walks. Not far from public transportation. Staff were welcoming and friendly. They were apologetic of the short comings. The place was clean.
Disliked: Services were not as described on booking.com website, there was only a bank bed, single bed missing. No shower gel in the room, no supper served due to a large booking on the evening but wasn’t notified about this till I got to the venue, paid extra for towels, very noisy from other occupants as walls are very thin, no WiFi connection in the lodge and only got told this on arrival.

Liked: Very close to the train station, nice neature around, very quit and comportable place to stay
Disliked: A bit overprices as the price was very close to what you usually can afford in the center areas of London

Disliked: You can’t bring your own alcoholic drinks to your room, you need to buy them on site

Disliked: Who ever stayed above between 2am and 4am constant slaming doors and noises
