Liked: Great location. Helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms and great bedding. (Don't forget to bring your own towel, if you do staff can accommodate 2.50£) Fit for purpose (I needed it for short stay,concert night).It was my first time in a hostel, Impressed. Noted pizza ,all night long, simple breackfast, freshly made,great coffee and cakes. Welcoming waiting area. Recommended.

Poor condition of the room...

Disliked: No Tower to mob the floor. No Towel to clean your body. No TV in the room. No tea and coffee. No kettle to boil water. Bed is student bed.Too much beds in the room.No bathing soap.

Great location, friendly staff, and...

Liked: The location is really good for people who want to experience the best of Liverpool/Merseyside. It's really easy to find, and the staff were helpful during the check-in process - offering me information about the breakfast process the next morning. The room was exceptional value for money. The W/C and shower were well maintained and spotlessly clean. The water pressure was more than adequate and I liked the different shower head options. All-in-all, this is a bit of a hidden gem.
Disliked: One of the only negatives that I experienced was no obvious wi-fi connection. I found one connection, but I'm unsure if that was the official Wi-Fi service offered. If it was, it was pretty poor with slow speeds and an inconsistent connection. Another negative is that it's located by a busy A road. As such, it might be difficult during warmer weather to have the windows open and to sleep well.

Excellent price and comfy beds

Liked: Wonderful staff, near the city and big family room.Excellent price.
Disliked: Bit noisy for families and no towels (only for rent).Small repais on the wall but for the price we paid and location it was excellent.Very safe too.
