Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Room was so small, it was claustrophobic. Tiny little window that only opened a few inches. Boiling hot. Noisy. Bit shabby. No bathroom or towels (this was advertised beforehand). Shared bathroom was tiny. Room (504) was opposite door to corridor. Constant banging. Such a bad experience, and they had the audacity to charge £120 for the room. It was so bad, I ended up booking into a nearby hotel as I just simply couldn’t stay in that room. When I returned and in the morning to check out, I reported this to Reception. They didn’t seem very surprised by it.
