A brilliant base for Love...

Liked: Location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was not appetising. I just ate cereal and toast as the hot options had seen better days. It's a shame as a freshly cooked breakfast is the perfect start to a long day of coach travel. A continental cheaper option would be nice.

Concept is great but actual...

Liked: Location was excellent. Close to town and beach which was very good.
Disliked: The concept is great for travellers or groups but the facilities are poor and could be improved easily. Carpet had a wet patch in the middle of the room that someone in the group stood in and didn’t know what it was. Door hinge was broken so didn’t spring close when opened and got caught when trying to close the door. Bathroom was very dirty in the grout and sealant around the bath which was disappointing, no towels provided and beds unmade which was odd. The beds were uncomfortable and I think it’s the mattress that caused this which meant sleeping was difficult. The member of staff booking us in quite clearly didn’t like the job or was just rude because all he did was roll his eyes and turn his nose up whilst we booked in. Booking out was better and the staff were friendlier which was good.

Great stat all together

Liked: Room was clean and tidy. We stayed an extra night and was given another room. Bigger and had a bath. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Rooms only had 1 pillow each. But asked for extra and they brought them right up. In 2nd room tv didn’t work!
