Liked: Location and view of Bath city from the hilltop was great.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was way too hot and uncomfortable to the point it was sweating through the night. Also, at dinner, the magarita pizza was served with a substitute as mozzarella was unavailable and this ruined the pizza. At least, this could have been informed upfront. The entire pizza went to waste, we couldn't eat a bite. I understand there was a big crowd of students checking in for dinner and the kitchen was overloaded , but, this situation could have been easily managed with timely communication. These little niggles in a way let down to what was otherwise a great visit and stay in Bath. I believe this was just one of those odd evenings. The staff were very friendly in general.

Lovely location outside of downtown...

Liked: This property is on a beautiful property and the facility is clean and attractive. Though the bathrooms are shared, there are sinks in the rooms and the bathrooms are clean. The cafe is very nice, as are the lounge areas with comfortable seating and ample games. Good for families!
Disliked: The location was a little more difficult to access downtown on foot, largely because Bath is a very hilly area, and it would be difficult to walk up and down into town. However, there is an easily accessible city bus into town.
