Looks like a dream, feels...

Liked: The house is absolutely beautiful — a real visual treat. Every little room is thoughtfully decorated, offering cozy nooks and elegant seating areas that feel like stepping into a curated lifestyle magazine. Our room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall design aesthetic was charming and clearly well-maintained.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hospitality didn’t match the setting. We were promised drinking water upon arrival, but the guest fridge was always empty. Tap water was the only option — technically drinkable, yes, but chlorinated and not what you'd expect when paying a premium.The breakfast situation was particularly disappointing. The self-serve coffee bar had no mugs and no coffee. When I asked in the kitchen, I was given a cup — but only after a pointed remark from the host that I could have it if I "needed it right now." I remained polite, but the tone was needlessly cold.Breakfast itself was more of a garnish than a meal: one thin slice of avocado toast, two baby tomatoes, two eggs, a small fruit cup — and zero salt, pepper, or even a follow-up to ask if we needed anything. The staff never made us feel welcome; interactions felt transactional at best, vaguely hostile at worst.If you love beautiful surroundings and don’t mind being treated like an inconvenience, this place might work for you. But if you’re looking for actual hospitality, warmth, or, say, breakfast that qualifies as a meal — look elsewhere.

Restful and relaxing

Liked: The facility was clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Close to the beach.
Disliked: Not have a small refrigerator to store drinks in my room or left overs when eating out.

No-one available to provide breakfast...

Liked: It was a really bad experience. The B&B was more or less empty, first there was nobody, but at the end of the day there was a lady who explained she had all kind of allergies and could not explain much, actually the best was the walk into town and to the beach.
Disliked: We booked including breakfast, but there was no-one when we cam down, we phoned 3 times, banged doors, knocked at the surrounding house on the premise but no-one there. There was dirty stuff in the kitchen from earlier cooking (we were there at 9.00), we waited and tried contacting someone alive, but after over an hour went out and left, to have breakfast elsewhere. After complaining and asking for some compensation for not having had breakfast ( we paid 75 USD in town for a good breakfast), I explained that a poor recommendation would follow. Also that message did not create a response - very disappointing and no way we should recommend this place to anyone, worst service in years ...

Liked: The house is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and exceptionally clean rooms. Perfect for travelers who appreciate a quiet stay in a gorgeous home!
Disliked: Despite being near the lake, there's no view and it’s not actually beachfront. Most disappointingly, the advertised breakfast was never served—even after being told it would be between 8 and 10. No coffee, no staff, no explanation. There were other guests in the house who called the number provided, and nobody answered. For the high price, I expected better hospitality.
