No-one available to provide breakfast...

Liked: It was a really bad experience. The B&B was more or less empty, first there was nobody, but at the end of the day there was a lady who explained she had all kind of allergies and could not explain much, actually the best was the walk into town and to the beach.
Disliked: We booked including breakfast, but there was no-one when we cam down, we phoned 3 times, banged doors, knocked at the surrounding house on the premise but no-one there. There was dirty stuff in the kitchen from earlier cooking (we were there at 9.00), we waited and tried contacting someone alive, but after over an hour went out and left, to have breakfast elsewhere. After complaining and asking for some compensation for not having had breakfast ( we paid 75 USD in town for a good breakfast), I explained that a poor recommendation would follow. Also that message did not create a response - very disappointing and no way we should recommend this place to anyone, worst service in years ...

Beautiful, but bad services for...

Liked: The house is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and exceptionally clean rooms. Perfect for travelers who appreciate a quiet stay in a gorgeous home!
Disliked: Despite being near the lake, there's no view and it’s not actually beachfront. Most disappointingly, the advertised breakfast was never served—even after being told it would be between 8 and 10. No coffee, no staff, no explanation. There were other guests in the house who called the number provided, and nobody answered. For the high price, I expected better hospitality.

A nice weekend stay at...

Liked: The room was perfect. We didn’t eat breakfast. Location was great.
Disliked: I never met the owner. Spoke with a woman twice on the phone, once at check in and once about breakfast. She wasn’t rude, but shirt and to the point. Any other B&B I’ve stayed at, someone made it a point to make personal contact and introduce themselves. This place values privacy, so it may be why, but charming property should have a charming host. This would not prevent me from returning though.

Liked: A darling bed & breakfast steps from the beach. Decorated with care and full of nooks and comfy chairs.

One and done!

Liked: The Inn was gorgeous with beautiful decor, artwork, books, and little special touches.
Disliked: The woman who was staff and prepared breakfast. She was so rude and treated us, and others. unprofessionally and rudely. Her comments were shocking and I recorded them on my phone. She obviously was not prepared to handle the guests for Icebreakers Festival. To tell an elderly man to make do, to correct the way I wanted my eggs and to tell another guest she was not there to answer questions when she was the only one working was absurd. Never again. Other guests shared that they had stayed there in the past and the place has gone to the shitter. I believe so.
