Liked: Food, including juice, tea, or coffee were separate charges, payable when consumed.
Disliked: No Heat in the bathroom. A light switch by the bed lamp instead of being next to the front door.

Liked: The location was great! The ambiance was good.
Disliked: We stayed the 3rd week of August. Don't know if it was because the staff were tired from a long summer, but we did not feel attended to as I expected for paying what we paid. The continental breakfast was below par. Hard cooked eggs waaay overcooked, not a lot of choices, and prices were high. The room was cute but small for 3 people. My biggest problem was that, after 3 calls about my forgotten cell phone charger pack, I still don't have it!! My first call was a couple of days after we left. The woman said she had it right there with her and would have someone mail it out. 3 weeks later I had to make another call. The guy said he'd check about it and call me back. No call back. 3 weeks later I called AGAIN. Same run around!!!! No call back AGAIN!! I assume someone liked the pack and just decided to keep it?!? Unacceptable!! The first woman had it! What happened to it?!?

Lovely, convenient to Yellowstone.

Disliked: TV service for down time in room was lacking.
