Short but sweet.

Liked: Cute comfortable and clean room with a nice view. Had a nice walk along the beach. Pub looked nice but I wasn’t there long enough to utilise it.
Disliked: Bit noisy in the morning as the room overlooked the car park and there were delivery vans/ refuse trucks coming and going, and a car alarm going off but can’t be helped!

I’m presently staying at the...

Liked: There was a partial view of the estuary beyond the car park
Disliked: It was grubby. The shower door was dislocated, the toilet seat was dislocated, the mirror light didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty. In addition, having paid for an estuary view I was disappointed that it was across a scruffy car park with over full litter bins in the foreground.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff were very nice. Good location.
Disliked: Poor shower. Not what I would call a deluxe double. In need of a few quality touches.

Booked a deluxe room but...

Liked: Location very good , evening meal in the restaurant
Disliked: Booked a deluxe room but didn’t feel like a deluxe room . Bed was uncomfortable, mattress needs replacing, felt like I was going to roll off the bed as it was sagging so much . Wardrobe doors very noisy and hard to open . Bathroom desperately needs refurbishment . Majority of the fittings were loose , shower sliding rail actually came off in our hands . Paintwork , bath seals all needs redoing

Pleasant

Liked: Easy check in and could get in and out after hours. The room had all I needed.
Disliked: The walls were thin enough for me to be able to hear my neighbour snoring.

Pleasant hotel but parking is...

Disliked: Mattress needed turning or changing as if you rolled to close to the edge the edge of the mattress had no support.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was amazing.
Disliked: Accomodation - no clear signage, traipsed bags around for ages trying to find where to check in. Noisy pub so couldn't hear anything being said when trying to check in either. Guests incredibly inconsiderate, very loud til very late, slamming doors, leaving glasses and trays of dirty plates out in the corridor to try and manoeuvre around. Separate private bathroom was a joke, anyone can and did access it while I was there. Light turned off as soon as you locked the door. Toilet roll holder was useless and the roll just kept dropping off. Asked for room to be serviced and all they did was rinse the mug, left dirty spoon and towels, didn't make bed, didn't even top the coffee up that had been drank. WiFi password in welcome book in room was incorrect and wasn't noted anywhere. There is no parking so it shouldn't be advertised, struggled the whole weekend and had to park really far down the promenade. No one even there to greet you to check out. Couldn't have got out of there quick enough, felt so uncomfortable.
