Liked: Room was comfortable. On a good location near good places to visit. Paul was a good host.
Disliked: Room decor needs updating. Shower room needs some repairs.

Liked: Very comfortable and clean. Fun to be at a former mill. Had a call the day of our trip to say they couldn’t provide breakfast due to staff shortage. But we were given £15 to buy breakfast locally which was very nice.

Liked: The owner was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just the outside needs a bit of TLC

Liked: It's so nice to go to a place to stay and you can tell they take pride in their property. It was exceptionally clean. The breakfast is well worth the small amount more.

Great base for touring Dereham...

Liked: Large comfortable double room in a quiet location. Paul was a great host and makes a great cooked breakfast too. Good Indian restaurant nearby and plenty of other options in Dereham. Was great for a trip to Snetterton, but lots of other places to visit in the area.
Disliked: Nothing really.
