excellent
Liked: All the staff were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The place was nice and clean. Service was great. Lovely little garden. location was great - close the beach and shops and restaurants. The restaurant food was very good and catered for vegetarians although options were limited. The breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant stay but a bit...
Liked: It was very pleasant and clean and comfortable. The front of house were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice
Disliked: The windows in our room wouldn’t stay up, except one. Also I thought it was overpriced for what you got. It was a pretty basic room even though it stated superior, no mini bar. It was clean and comfortable but basic.

Excellent stay, great location and...
Liked: We had to make a last-minute booking because our Airbnb let us down. What a stroke of luck that was, because we had a lovely 1 night stay. The staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic in terms of quality and variety, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Also, a great location, easy walk into the town and to the beach. We could also leave our car in the car park after checking out to explore the area, which was a bonus.
Disliked: Nothing, although it was quite pricy. I would be unlikely to pay this on a normal day, but there was very little choice for a very last-minute booking in the area on a Saturday.

Taking the air at Broadstairs
Liked: The hotel is a beautifully refurbished Victorian building that was originally built for convalescing children. It was clean, spacious and within easy walking distance of Broadstairs' beaches and shops. Liked that it was being used to train students in hospitality.
Disliked: A few minor things the hotel could perfect, such as supplying less shallow cups for the coffee machines at breakfast to avoid splashing.
