Liked: When we arrived we were greeted by a smiling friendly receptionist who sorted our booking very efficiently. The room was clean, newly renovated with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good amenities. We enjoyed our stay and rested nicely after an overnight ( red-eye) international flight. Everything was good.

Disliked: Beds were hard and no protectors on the beds under the sheets, the sheets were scrunched at the end of the bed.It would benefit the comfort of your guests to have a softer mattress and comforter. The sheets were hard also.The staff was very nice and friendly.
