Had a lovely time hope...

Liked: Five minutes stroll to the centre of town bar on site excellent breakfast choices staff could not do enough for you thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Disliked: Nothing

Nice chilled night away

Liked: Close to restaurants, beach,pubs,town,shops parking at the hotel also had a bar downstairs

Liked: Our hosts Jackie and Steve and the rest of the staff very friendly and helpful..accommodation very clean and comfortable..prime location five mins stroll to Bars and restaurants and Torquay harbour.. licensed bar with live entertainment a great plus.
Disliked: All good.

Great service, we would definitely...

Liked: Upon first impressions, the hotel looked a little run down however, upon getting to our room, we found it comfortable and immaculately clean with a pretty view of the bay. The staff were friendly, breakfast was amazing. They even catered for our little dog, bringing her a little plate of bacon each morning when they served our food. I didn’t get her name, but the lady on breakfast service each morning was so lovely. She couldn’t do enough for us. Exceptional service.
Disliked: We found that the garden to the rear of the hotel was closed due to safety issues with the wall. This was a bit of a problem due to travelling with our dog. Fortunately there was a field a short walk away we could use for her ‘toilet time’. Fine in the day, but not ideal at 5am when she needed a wee!

I wasn't completely unhappy with...

Liked: The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The entertainment on Sunday afternoon was great but was only on for 2 hours.
Disliked: The cleanliness in the bar was not great, sticky tables and snail trails on the carpet. A bit of clutter left around the public areas and the bar shut between 9 and 10 each night.

Great value for money stay.

Liked: Great location. Clean, and comfortable beds allocated parking.

Disliked: Too many stairs no for unable people two lots of stairs to finning room . The breakfast was very low standard of produce and the way it was cooked. Every thing thrown in deep fat fryer and tasted like it too

Liked: Great location..Steve and Jackie..great hosts..very helpful.. excellent we even exstended our stay.. can’t fault it ..will be back for sure..
