Great location and staff

Liked: They were very accommodating. They allowed me to check out 2 hours later. Also, they allowed us to park a motorcycle and a car in the lot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is no coffee maker in the room.

Poor service and dirty room

Disliked: After Friday check in there was no one in the office all weekend even though the paper hanging on the door said office hours are 9am to 9pm, if we needed something we had to call a number. The room was dirty and had dead bugs laying on the window sill. Room cleaning service never came in we had to go down to the laundry room and ask for our new towels and get toilet paper when we needed more. Overall awful experience.

Disappointing Stay in Hidden Corner...

Liked: Beds were comfortable and the floors were new. The microwave was nice and so was the mini fridge. The water was able to get hot rather quickly in the shower.
Disliked: Room 316 was in a back corner of the building alongside of 317, which was not noted in the listing; it made it sound like it still had a bay window on the third floor like every other room but we were disappointed when it wasn't in the front but rather facing a balcony. It felt like a employee mantinence area, a weird alcove and away from all the other rooms. The separated balcony area had a light we were unable to turn off so we had to make sure the blinds were closed completely to sleep. We could see the chairs out there were a bit moldy on the back from our room, and the view was just of the Crusader motel and a speck of the beach. The wifi didn't work nearly well enough, water pressure was low in the shower and the TV and cable was low quality. I said the beds were nice but they didn't even give us comforters, we got a throw blanket and a sheet, that's it. For the price we paid on a non-holiday weekend, the experience we got was nowhere near worth it.

Disliked: The laundry room, was dirty and the dryer didn't function. There's not enough personnel. The bathroom and towels weren't clean enough.
