Comfortable!

Liked: Loved that there weren't rugs! Made the cleaniness of the room obvious.The mini refrigerator & coffee availability was wonderful
Disliked: Nowhere close for breakfast.The up side to that was us exploring the area & discovering DOTS Market in Lincolnville - excellent discovery!

Nice place to stay with...

Liked: The room is clean and has everything you need for staying. There is a sea food place down the hill with 5 mins walk. Travel about 1 hour 20mins to Acadia national park or Bar Harbor.
Disliked: There are so many flies and mosquitoes stay near your front light at night. You better have some insect spray for them. Otherwise, the second you open the door at night time is a disaster. The door lock is a little loose but it got the safe lock up top so not a big deal.
