Liked: Clean and quiet

Very welcoming. Room and amenities...

Liked: Location was very convenient and attractive.
Disliked: Would prefer it if pets were not allowed as I am very allergic but that wouldn't be a problem for most people. The place was spotlessly cleaned.

It was the perfect end...

Liked: April - too early in season for breakfast. Location was perfect. Everything was very good and will return next year but in mid May
Disliked: I don't think anything.

Very good

Liked: Great location right off of Route 1, yet is fairly quiet! The amenities were clean, the beds were comfortable (although a little too squishy for my personal taste). There was a fridge and a microwave, and there is free parking.
Disliked: Our room unfortunately smelled like dog, which, even though it was clean, made the stay a little less pleasant. We ended up having to open the windows in 40F rainy weather and spray some perfume around to get rid the unpleasant smell. It was also a little pricey, especially for being in the off-season, but at the time of booking, it was still the cheapest option in the area.

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Frank was a real jerk, very off putting. The iron was not useable because of some residue on it, which I couldn't get off. Not going to use on my expensive dress shirts that could have used a touch up.

Liked: I liked it when we could use our bank cards instead of a stupid master card when some people don't have it so if they lost my business for good
Disliked: The stupid master card policy u have to have a master card to stay there
