Exceptional

Liked: We wanted to break our journey down to St Ives from Manchester and this location was perfect, just a few minutes off the M5. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Real value for money. Nice friendly welcome. Excellent full English breakfast with great coffee, and delicious homemade marmalade on toast! Would definitely book this again.

Liked: The cooked breakfast was absolutely superb. Very nice coffee in a cafetiere and there was lovely home made marmalade. I stayed in the Tudor Room which had a lot of genuine character The excellent modern lighting and good shower in the en suite were excellent and the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything to dislike.

Liked: Chris and Karen were extremely welcoming, going as far as providing sandwiches when we had to leave before breakfast time, and posting on the bits we'd left behind.
Disliked: The only thing was one of us found the bed and pillows fine the other thought they were a bit lumpy.
