Good room and food at...

Liked: Newly refurbished superior room and bathroom. Attention to detail: good selection of tea and coffee in the room (& biscuits), extra pillows if required, plenty of towels on the heated towel rail, good breakfast with proper round butter pats, (not wrapped or in plastic pots), large tomatoes & mushrooms, quality bacon and sausages. Very good dinner in the bar. Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Will stay again.
Disliked: Parking could possibly be tricky if arriving when the pub is busy. They have parking at front and back of hotel. Street parking after that. Although we didn’t have a problem.

Liked: The staff were wonderful and very accommodating! We especially liked how dog friendly it was and they kindly reserved a table for us in the restaurant in case we wanted to dine.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our door kept sticking shut, making it tricky to get into the room.

Wonderful, clean and extremely well...

Liked: The bathroom was superb. Very clean and spacious and the shower was really powerful. The room was comfortable and clean and Tracy very kindly got us a fan for our room as it was extremely muggy and hot that day
Disliked: Nothing at all. Great service all round
