Very poor

Liked: The bathroom was clean and tidy. The owner lives on-site and was available when the code she had given me to get back into my room didn't work. Thank goodness!
Disliked: The bed had dead insects on it, and the glass was disgusting

Stay away......Don't waste your money!!!

Liked: We pulled up out the front thinking we had the wrong address. It was nothing like Booking .com had listed it as. It looked like a run down house nothing like a surfside boutique.
Disliked: It was advertised as a surfside boutique when it is a run down house. My partner booked the premises for my birthday for a 1 night night stay. We complained to both XYL surfside boutique and sent an E mail to booking.com. Got a response from XYL telling us the meaning of 'surfside'.

Liked: It was in a good location
Disliked: The dishes in the room were dirty, floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom sink had hairs in it.
