The location is great

Liked: I especially like the location. It is accesible from the city centre and Amsterdam central. It is tucked on a quiet road despite its close proximity to the centre. The room and toilet were clean. The pillows weren't the best but when I left a note for the room service, they left me an extra pillow.
Disliked: I didn't like the staff that I encountered when I check-out. I checked out early and left my luggages. The staff at the reception desk then shoved the access card for the room where they kept the luggages to me. Not only they did not assist me but the attitude was poor. This was different from when I first arrived at the hotel. The staff was helpful and took me to the luggage room herself. Prior to my stay, I have asked if there any microwave in the room or for communal use and they replied to me that they do. However, when I arrived, they said, unfortunately they don't have one.

Great Location Shame our door...

Disliked: Had to score staff low as on the day of check out our door was opened and we were getting changed. 10 minutes later the door was opened again before the check out period.Very upset and dissatisfied with this firstly they should have knocked and secondly they could have phoned. But to open the door whilst we are still there and before checkout is not acceptable hence the low score.

Liked: The location was greatthe staff did their best and that's about it
Disliked: The bed, the mold in bathroom, to access the bathroom you had to push the bed, the closet didn't fit the hangers the room was too small for the furniture.

Disliked: No frills at all, tired decor & stained sheets, despite being relatively expensive.

Liked: 1 room was ok, 1 room very good size, 1 room was very, very small and not good at all.
Disliked: Same price for the 3 rooms, but only 2 of them vere worth the money
