Great location but other than...

Liked: The hotel is at an excellent location; very close to term services and the museum area.
Disliked: 1) The hotel's cleanliness was not at its best. You could see obvious traces of dust and the shower didnt smell very pleasent.2)I stayed at a basement room which had a shower with a small window. The window was looking right at the street level without any curtains or coverage for the window. I haven't seen anything like that before. I didn't feel very comfortable with that.3) I ordered some food to the room online but when the food arrived the reception didn't even bother to let me know it was there (when i have clearly indicated that). No apologize or anything like that.

Exceptional

Fab place nice location, nice...

Liked: Fab place, clean, cosy. Near centre via tram or can walk it.
Disliked: Some rooms are quite snug! They should be clearer about the fact your room will get cleaned each night unless you say otherwise! That wasn’t ideal.

Great for short stays

Liked: Spacious room, good sink space and a great shower.
Disliked: The toilet was annoyingly and uncomfortably high (my 6"2 husband even thought so).Given that it's a windowless room, it could do with better lighting and lamps.The room has so much space that it could definitely use a full-length mirror and more mirrors in general, as there is only one in the bathroom.

nice hotel but very small...

Liked: Nice hotel, admittedly quite small rooms, but the location is excellent, you can get everywhere on foot.
Disliked: there was no closet in the room to store luggage
