Superb

Disappointing

Liked: The room is quite beautiful. It definitely says luxury. The tile in the bathroom is also very pretty. The big chaise lounge in front of the large window is beautiful and the room itself is quite large and spacious as well.
Disliked: The AC in our room wasn't working very well, so we had trouble sleeping because it was so warm in the room. The girl who checked us in was nice but she seemed to be one of those people who doesn't really listen when others speak to her. She cut us off and ignored what we said several times during our interaction. Also, I noticed that the chandeliers in the lobby of the hotel were quite dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time.

Rooms get a 9. Everything...

Disliked: Not enough staff at all. Not the first time this has happened. Poorly run .

Over all our stay was...

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable !!
Disliked: When we booked the room, we had thought there was a roof top pool. We stayed before and there was so we returned for that reason. A little disappointed to find out that it was gone.

Liked: The room was great! Clean and comfortable. Staff were great except for the first night on the rooftop bar.
Disliked: The wait staff on our first night was inattentive. But the guy the next 2 mornings was phenomenal. Kelli! He made up for the others the night before. He was great!

Do not stay here

Liked: I like that most of the stuff in the hotel was new. Unfortunately it was not upkeep or cleanly
Disliked: Poor management and dirty facility to say the least
