The staff here are exceptional....

Liked: - Staff, especially the ladies at the front desk and the door men. - rooms are a good size for New York standards (Manhattan View and Brooklyn Terrace)- Location- Bar Blondeau is also quite nice.
Disliked: We only had one issue at Le Crocodile in which the front of house was quite rude and unhelpful.

Disliked: That I couldn't wrk the air conditioner and it seemed to be on airplane or do not disturb mode for a few hrs on a 90 degree day.

Liked: Great breakfast included in the price - anything you wanted to eat from the a la carte breakfast menu - a real bonus.Great, super-helpful staff.Super-comfortable beds in stylish room with amazing views across the East River of Manhattan.Stylish rooftop bar with inside and outside spaces.Very buzzy atmosphere.Great location with easy one-stop access by metro into Manhattan from local station.
Disliked: A lot of noise until the early hours from adjacent hotels and clubs.
