My stay was marred by...

Disliked: I am sharing my deepest dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Wyndm Resorts South Towers Room 909; the unit I rented through booking.com. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. During my stay I was severely bitten by bedbugs, resulting in multiple bites on my legs, stomach, back and arms. The situation escalated to the point where I had to seek emergency medical care to obtain a prescription for the intense itching and discomfort. This was particularly distressing as I was visiting for my homecoming weekend, which was meant to be a joyful occasion.On the night of my first encounter with the bedbugs,I promptly went downstairs around 2AM to report the issue to the night staff. However, I was met with a frustrating response from security, who informed me that I was staying in a unit that was privately owned and they could only provide the owner's name, with whom I had no prior relationship, This was not the assistance I had hoped for.The following morning, when the front desk opened, I approached them with the same intention of seeking help, but unfortunately received no support. I was told that because the room was privately owned, there was nothing they could do to assist me. This lack of accountability and customer service as incredibly disappointing. Fortunately, I had friends staying in other rooms at the hotel, and I had to make arrangement to stay with them, contributing additional funds to cover my accommodations. This added stress and inconvenience marred what was supposed to be a celebratory weekend.Given the circumstances and the significant discomfort I endured,I am formally requesting a full refund for my stay. I believe this is a fair request considering the serious issues I faced during my time in room 909. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to my request.

Liked: Home feeling and the amazing people
Disliked: The people next door where very loud and smoking Marijuana and cigarettes on the balcony and it was so strong it came in are room and also the hallway but other then that it was amazing

Funnin the sun

Liked: The many amenities it offered the kids lived the lazy river, the kids splashpad playground and the two giant pools. The fact that it was beach front was a huge plus! The shops are on the fourth floor and have a-lot of cute shops/restaurants.

Liked: Breakfast was good walked down to the cafe and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and for my son Chocolate chip pancake with side of bacon and then a ice decaf macchiato coffee..all very Good !!
Disliked: I know y'all have A LOT of Tourists but PLEASE get the Elevators to run faster ..
