Liked: Room, breakfast
Disliked: The breakfast room was very crowded, to the point that it was difficult to navigate and to find a free table. A hotel this size should have a larger or multiple breakfast rooms.

Would recommend
Liked: Lovely hotel, good service and good location.
Disliked: The shower wasn't great, it was more of a wet room which made it impossible for 2 people to use the bathroom at the same time (e.g. one in the shower, one doing hair/make up!)

Wroclaw and Wyndham worth another...
Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the city. Room was modern, beds comfy and nice shower. The hotel run the room service only on request, best to arrange it in the reception on the check in if you need it. Helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: A nightclub opposite, a large crowd on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. We stayed 3 nights at the Wyndham hotel during the Ultrace car show 2025, so the streets were full and noisy until 4 am.

Best option in Wroclaw
Liked: Beds were incredibly comfortable. Strategically placed in the centre of Wroclaw, you can walk to almost any place from the hotel. Clean and staff were very helpful

Liked: I recently stayed at the Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town and had a nice experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.The room was spacious with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of options to start the day.It's beautifully located in the heart of Wroclaw's Old Town.The only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay was the pillows - they weren't comfortable, which affected my sleep. I asked the reception if they had different pillows, but they didn't.I will be happy to return just if they can ptovide with a softer pillow. If they can't, then unfortunately, i will not return. I can recommend this hotel just if you have no issues sleeping on a high, hardish pillow.

OK hotel, poor experience
Liked: In the city center, clean rooms, recently renovated.
Disliked: They did not allow early check in (it was 1h earlier) as no rooms were ready, mentioning that all rooms would be ready at 3:00 PM. I highly doubt they could possibly finish cleaning all rooms at the same time, but fine, not a big issue, we left the luggage and went out. At that time there were already people waiting in the lobby for the check in. When we came back at 3:00 there was a big queue at the reception, so we left and said we'll be back in 1h. Once again, coming back at 4:00, there was an even bigger queue. We had to wait for about 45 mins to check in. Quite poor management, while people were already staying in the lobby they could have at least registered them to speed up the process. They have 3 elevators and one was temporarily out of service, insufficient for the big building of the hotel even when all are up and running.
