Superb

Liked: Nice staff, very clean and comfortable and great location. Close to COS (college), right next to the golf course, pond and walking trail, park. I was only there for a short overnight stay, so I did not take advantage of the onsite restaurant or other amenities, but I have stayed in the past and enjoyed it.
Disliked: Ok so it's very unlike me to post a complaint and this might seem trivial to some, but I wanted to use in the indoor spa and because I've stayed here before and enjoyed it, but unfortunately was unable to because there were a few families with kids (all knew each other) who were in the indoor pool and spa for HOURS, running around, jumping in and out from the pool back and forth into the jacuzzi and screaming. I love kids as I have my own rowdy bunch (not present this time) &know they were 'screaming from fun", BUT they were so loud! You could hear them as soon as you entered the hotel to check in because the indoor pool is around the corner from the desk and is open, as in, there is no door so you hear it all. Its also located right next to some of the dining area (walls separate space but no door) and echos really bad in there which totally amplified the screaming!! I'm all about having a good time but they essentially took up the whole pool/spa area because of the running around and screaming which detoured people like me from coming in to enjoy it. I attempted to go 3 different times from 4pm-7pm but they continued to do the same things so I left. The adults stayed in the spa the whole time so there wasn't room anyway because its small beside the kids jumping in and out which I get they can do that, but overall it was so just so loud & that the spa/pool was one reason I booked this facility. The front staff even seemed annoyed when I arrived (& I don't know how long they had been in there before I came) but they did not address the noise. I wish they would have at least asked the families to try to refrain or diminish the screaming and remind them that it IS AN INDOOR POOL that and the fact that it is behind the front desk and near the dining facilities because that was a big issue. Outside pool is different but they were inside & volume was so amplified. Shared space... common courtesy.

Liked: Conveniently located near the 99 highway. Heated swimming pool and restaurant in the premises
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Pool was freezing and we had to move rooms as backing onto the indoor pool was too moist for the kids to sleep

Nice and short stay

Liked: The location was nice, the room very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: When asking about Sequoia they were not so very helpful. Not their job either but it would have been nice for some info.
