I wanted ocean front so...

Liked: Expensive
Disliked: The room was dirty the sofa had crumbs on it and the bed had crumbs. Food and toys behind the sofa bed. There were six people in the room and they only left us for towels so we had to keep going to ask for more towels. The remote control didn’t work so we asked for another remote control and the person at the desk was rude to my daughter because she was going to the swimming pool and they wanted her to take the remote to the room because they didn’t wanna do it.

Liked: I liked it was away from the busy spots.
Disliked: As we were going to the room there was dog poop several spots down the hall. There were no working ice machines & employees were rude. I paid $100 pet deposit then had to pay $25 for each pet. At that price I thought it would be a strict pet friendly area, but dogs were not leashed & using the bathroom in undesinatad areas. I had to take my dogs back inside twice because there was a dog running freely on the property where people & children were trying to relax. I could tell people were also aggravated as well. My dogs are trained well & I wouldn't let them break the rules. If the property is gonna charge so much then they should make everyone follow the rules.

Liked: Location is very nice. when the sink water didn't work, maintenance came quickly. The view of the ocean and sunrise from the ocean view is awesome! The hallway windows, sunset is awesome. Live music was really nice.
Disliked: No open lobby bathrooms after the restaurant closed, and with a family the lobby bathroom is a needed option, had to go to next building. No changing rooms or bathrooms near the pool. Our shower (room#1805 )had no shelf in the shower, no full length mirror in room. Hard to open sliding door from inside the bathroom, handle is shallow hard to grip. 6th floor pet friendly floor carpets are stained, and wallpaper peeling. But otherwise room is clean.

Liked: Oceanfront view from useable balcony, dog friendly, hottub, pool and the great onsite restaurant.
Disliked: The hours of the pool and hottub should be 24 hours. Far from main attractions but the $2hr parking decks make up for it. The bathroom door wasn't wide enough for handicap. It took a minute to find a working ice machine but I found one one room up and right outside the elevator door. The bad reviews I saw online didn't give it justice. This hotel is great and despite the wheelchair we made it work.
