It’s a great barhain and...

Liked: Very convenient location 2 minutes from the airport and it was very affordably priced
Disliked: While eating breakfast in the restaurant (small buffet), a huge roach scurried through the dining area on the floor. I screamed because I don’t like bugs, especially while eating. A lady employee came from the kitchen and saw it. She grabbed a can of raid and sprayed it and killed the bug. I lost my appetite and left. The property looks new and updated in the lobby, but the rooms are very dated. The curtains in my room were tattered. Wear snd tear showed everywhere, especially with the thin bath towels.

Short and sweet.

Disliked: Stayed at multiple Wyndham properties. This facility did not meet my expectations of a Wyndham by Marriott facility. Seemed old and wanting. The people I interacted with were nice and polite and certainly wanted to make my stay comfortable. The facility was what really struck me.

Liked: The water got hot.
Disliked: Found a roach in the hallway on the way to my room. A dead roach on my lamp shade. The room we initially got reeked of cleaning chemicals. The water coming out of the drain was cloudy white. When I asked the front desk for another room, he couldn't make it more apparent how much that bothered him.

Disliked: The hallways either the a/c was off or the heater was on.Heard while checking in couple of different guests where calling operators that they felt the heater

Disliked: I found a cockroach between the pillow

Liked: Example of your house the toilet was clogged the sink would not drain right unless you messed with the plug there were roaches in the room a humongous Roach there was only one towel in the entire room with two beds the ice machine was broken the hallways are not air conditioned there was a lot of trash everywhere the pool was broken
Disliked: The staff did not do anything for any of our problems they said because we didn't bring it to their attention as soon enough while we did it first thing in the morning and it was really late the night before and we wouldn't have moved rooms we wanted to leave but we didn't have the ability to leave at that moment we needed to sleep they wanted to switch this rooms and roaches follow you everywhere
