Disappointing

One night stay.

Liked: The dining room staff during breakfast were very friendly.Bed so comfortable
Disliked: The room was clean but, It was so hot when we arrived that we thought the air conditioning wasn't working. After an fewer hours the room started to cool down, and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways felt like boiling saunas. The jacuzzi didn't work. The pool was nice, but the surrounding area was very messy, as if they didn't have any landscaping or maintenance staff.

Disliked: The hall ways & rooms smells like cigarettes. I hall ways have no AC running. Its hot & musty. Our room had no AC on it took a few hours to cool it off.

Liked: The staff was amazing.
Disliked: Our room was decent, the coffee maker wasn't cleaned, and there were no towels. Under the bed was not cleaned. The toilet wouldn't flush, one of the main hallways smelt like mold, the hallways were hot, The hot tube had trash and personal items along with green slime in it. The main pool was decent.

Disliked: I was promised a pool view on booking.com but no view, also the pool was not available . Also large cockroaches but wasn't their fault I'm sure.

Low budget hotel

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms need to be renovated. They had a red light in the bathroom. I don’t know what the purpose of that was. I asked for towels several times and they weren’t brought to me. Trash outside hotel was an eye sore. Need more cleaning staff
