Disliked: we did not receive the wake up call we requested. The alarm clock did not have an alarm feature. The heating/cooling system did not work.

Liked: When I booked from Canada I chose a hotel that had a shuttle from the airport.When I arrived however, that was not the case. I am 71 years old, so I do not like surprises at the last minute. Lucky for me a man that was operating a park and ride then suggested I call ahead to the hotel and check if they were coming to get me. I could not use my phone because my plan did not include free calling in Tucson arizona. He courteously called for me. At that point I found out no one was coming for me. Although the hotel was only a few hundred yards from the airport I had to pay $12 for a taxi. None of that would have been a problem if I had been told before I left Canada.Likely I would have chosen another hotel that would assure me of a pickup at the airport. The desk clerk was extremely courteous and sympathetic. She very kindly upgraded my room in exchange for the lack of shuttle. The location so close to the airport, was exceedingly loud. Thank goodness I have a hearing deficit, once my hearing aids were removed the sound was not very disturbing. I'm a person that believes honesty and integrity are highly important. I would recommend you are clear with your clients prior to them arriving at your hotel. Thank you for listening.
