Liked: The staff was amazing.
Disliked: Our room was decent, the coffee maker wasn't cleaned, and there were no towels. Under the bed was not cleaned. The toilet wouldn't flush, one of the main hallways smelt like mold, the hallways were hot, The hot tube had trash and personal items along with green slime in it. The main pool was decent.

Disliked: I was promised a pool view on booking.com but no view, also the pool was not available . Also large cockroaches but wasn't their fault I'm sure.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms need to be renovated. They had a red light in the bathroom. I don’t know what the purpose of that was. I asked for towels several times and they weren’t brought to me. Trash outside hotel was an eye sore. Need more cleaning staff

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: The place looked really old, the room was dirty splattered walls, chipped furniture. There was two cockroaches in the bathroom walls. There was also travel sized shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub that I assume was from a previous person

Liked: The price was reasonable and the pool was fairly nice
Disliked: A lot of things. Right off the bat our room smelled like mold or stagnant water, my gf went to the use the restroom abd there was cockroaches. The cool barely worked and it was at least 90 in our room. The pool was nice but the hot tub was out of order, which I understand but they left old dirty stagnant water which you could tell had been sitting in there for quite a long time.
