Quiet, comfortable, and nice room....

Liked: The property was okay. Our room was very nice.
Disliked: The drug baggies outside along the property. I also didn’t like how we asked for towels on 3 separate occasions and never received them.

Liked: Loved the Hamilton Suite & the swimming pool!
Disliked: I didn't know there were swimming lessons going on as we were not informed and my daughter saw pool toys and went for them (she is only 3) the gentlemen was kind of rude about it. I think they should have a reserved time slot for that for future reference so guest can enjoy the pool without being stuck in the middle of a swimming lesson!

Liked: Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Entrance to hotel was lovely, brightly lit with marble floors. Looked very elegant.
Disliked: Room looked like it could use some upgrading. Advertised as pet friendly. Upon arriving we were told there was a pet fee of $50US per pet, which seemed excessive for a one night stay with two small Yorkshire Terriers. Most hotels we stayed at had either no fee or $20-30 fee total. Nowhere on website does it give that info.
