Easy

Liked: We checked in late and checked out early; everything went smoothly and the room was comfortable. The property is just seconds from the freeway exit.
Disliked: It’s right next to I-80 so the road noise is pretty constant; if noise is an issue for you, see if they can give you a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Liked: The room had a bad smell and was dirty.
Disliked: The location, suspicious behavior from guest, horrible customer service from staff. I left at 7:30 a.m. due to the noise and smell of the room.

Overall his hotel was unkempt...

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable
Disliked: The room smelled musty, most likely the air conditioner filters needed changing. Curtains were stained. Opened the window to air it out, the hotel is right by the freeway so had to listen to cars all night. Thin walls, could hear alarms and conversations in other rooms as well as guests generally being loud and yelling in the hallways. The check in staff was not professional. There weren't enough lounge chairs by the pool. No forks or napkins at breakfast, tables were dirty, staff was being loud slamming plates.

Liked: It was nice, relaxing, clean, quiet.
Disliked: Some of the cleaners were rude, had issue in room and no one came to fix. But first time. Never had this problem before.
