Disliked: At check in, after being assigned a room number, I made sure to communicate I had a pet, which led them to promptly change my room and started part of the check in process over. I would bet it was for the very reason that I had a pet. The room I ended up with was disgusting. Food all over the floor. Dirty walls covered with who knows what. No hot water and weak water pressure. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I had specifically selected a non-smoking room. When I went to check out I waited for their one and only luggage cart for over an hour. I asked their front desk assistant, who happened to be the same woman that changed my room last minute, if the dolly was available or where it could be found. She shrugged and simply responded, saying someone probably has it or they left it somewhere on another floor. Yeah, thanks, I could have put that one together myself. I was hoping to start the conversation to get some assistance locating it. But no. And it never showed up, so I had to carry all my luggage, one or two items at a time.
