Not impressed with our stay.

Liked: Not much. The pool was large.
Disliked: Just about everything. We weren't able to get clean towels, our key card never worked and had to be reset several times, the breakfast area was very cramped and they only put out a few things at a time so it was a bunch of people fighting to get it before it was gone, and to top it off there was dog poop in the halls and the staff just put a wet floor sign over it until the next day when it was finally cleaned up.

Liked: The hotel room looked really nice and we had a good view
Disliked: Staff didn’t helped us out, our comforter and pillow sheets were still wet and I went and tried to talk to the front desk about it and they said they will bring it up but never did. Left the hotel for dinner and still no comforter and pillow sheets so I went to talk to the front desk again and they just said sorry they cannot do anything about it instead of giving us new one

Disliked: The breakfast was just cereal. Room wasn't clean when we got there floors were sticky and don't know if they have a vacuum never saw the staff with one. Cleaning people never came in to clean our room like never changed the sheets or took the trash. The hide away bed was ripped in the corner and no sheets were provided for that bed. We feel like we cleaned up the room better than what we walked into. Staff just acted like they didn’t want anyone there. Was not what we were told it was. The mini fridge was iced over in the ice box area. No one was really helpful. Never had such a worse experience. Also the staff never told us where are room was just walked around till we found it. Staff didn't really act like they wanted their job... Just there for whatever reason they wanted to be there. Was just a downgrade to what we expected. If there was a half star rating I don't know if I would even give them that!
