Disliked: The concert was awesome! The booking process was great. The front desk people were nice. However the hotel chain itself sucked. There was supposed to provide free breakfast and did not do so. May not seem like a big thing. But, when you're on a tight budget with your child in college on the last trip before they go back, free breakfast would have been really nice. Plus we could have slept in a little longer. Oh yeah, the bathroom floor was as slippery as oil. I'm not one to me a bad review. But, when I went to leave a message for the manager I was told to contact the assistant manager who did not exist on the property. On a Saturday a huge concert. Really? Come on.

I would definitely return to this hotel. You can easily walk to Ruoff Music Center, but the shuttle service was excellent too.

Liked: The rooms are clean and nice. Great service at desk for check in.
Disliked: The service after concert for food and bar. It was very understaffed!

I was extremely happy with my visit. And I will stay at this hotel again in the future. I will recommend it to my friends too! It was extremely clean, and the workers were very nice and friendly. I love this hotel.

If you are going to a concert at the Klipsch music venue this is the place to stay - $10 a person shuttle to get you there and back no problem.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: To much chlorine in jacuzzi.
