Liked: I love Mr Malcom he was pleasant and very understanding… I arrived a lil distorted my father is in the hospital and I didn’t have my id at the time of check in and this young man made my checking in easy and enjoyable Thxs Mr Malcom they need more ppl in this world like you….

I WILL NOT BE VISITING...
Liked: I liked my housekeeper Kahli and the bellman Calvin that took my things to the car when I was leaving. I took great care of them. They were the only staffers I interacted with that actually spoke to me while in my presence servicing me.
Disliked: I did not like Malcom at the front desk. He was very dismissive when I spoke to him twice and he kept bucking his eyes saying How May I help you, like I wasn’t speaking to him. He was the same person I talked to when I called there before I booked that was very dismissive over the phone in the same manner. That’s why the questions I had, I had to ask it through a message bc he was very rude. I watched he and another you lady speak poorly about another guest that walked away from the desk that the young lady was “servicing”. They were not friendly AT ALL!!! The bellman that we had taking our things to our rooms, big tall, light skinned, bald black guy, for the hours of 6pm-10pm, on check in day (6-19-25) was not nice at all. He did not speak, nor did he Introduce himself. We tried to talk to him and he just pushed our things and GRUNTED at us like he was a mute or something. He grunted and threw his hands for us to get on the elevator I went ahead to my room a floor higher than my friends, and he brought my things to me. I tipped him $10 and he All of a sudden opens up an dknows how to speak and say hello, ask how my day is and tried to make small talk with me. PATHETIC!!! I completely ignored him bc that was tasteless and I did not appreciate being treated like I meant nothing as a guest in that hotel. Then he began to grunt again bc I wasn’t interacting with him now that he’s decided to talk. If you’re going to treat people less than bc you suspect they’re not going to tip you, then you’re in the wrong business. Customer service goes a long way with me and he could’ve gotten more had he not been a butthole.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Rude staff and valet team. I was charged$300 for a puff a smoke they claimed was detected on a day we weren't in the room. Spoke with staff she just pushed a piece of paper towards me and said fill it out. Cannot reach anyone at their office. Valet did not help us with our bags instead instructed me on how to put them so they didn't fall.. There were 4 women 1 senor citizen, one disabled, and one child. I had other family members check in after and they were treated rudely.
