Liked: Is a nice hotel. Restaurant has great breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere throughout facility. Dog friendly which is awesome.

Liked: Location was good right in between two interstates, near restaurants and shopping. Rooms were nice & bed was comfy.
Disliked: Low staff, computers not working. I tried to check in 25 minutes early was turned away the room wasn't ready and when asked if it would be in 25 minutes was to told maybe.should be. Returned at 4:10 and walked into a lobby full of others waiting to check-in. With one person behind the desk, a trainee and only one computer. Was terrible. Couldn't use the pool because of soo many kids. Adult hours would be nice..I paid for amenities that I couldn't use. We had a fire alarm go off...even after cleared it continued for a while. But zero info given to guests as to why they went off in the 1st place.

Disliked: Right after I fell asleep the fire alarms went off for an hour. Then they eventually went off. And then started again, just beeping a few times, stopping for a minute or two and then beeping again. This continued for another half hour. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered. Then when we woke up the elevator was broken and we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with a bum knee.

A great place to stay!

Liked: First, the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Plus it was in a good location for both Burnsville and Minneapolis. Secondly, having a Steak & Ale on the property was amazing. The food, drinks and service were Excellent. All that at a very low price! I was extremely impressed.
Disliked: I liked everything!

Liked: I like that the rooms were close together.
Disliked: False advertisement! I booked here because it’s advertised as breakfast included yet they told us breakfast is NOT free. We even made sure and asked the front desk and they told me the same thing! Then the pool closes at 11 pm on Saturday as my family and I finish going inside our room a disgusting guest from across the hall knocks violently on our door and yells at me a woman that there are families trying to sleep! I had to tell him the pool closes at 11 and my family was not being loud at all mind you they were kids having fun on a Saturday night simply walking straight from the elevator to the room we made no stops! Terrible experience staying here! Also were we parked our vehicle a man at night was approaching the vehicles in the parking lot checking the inside of the cars! We also submitted a written request for two cribs since we traveled with twins and they didn’t acknowledge it nor did they meet the request.
