Disappointing

Liked: Location ok
Disliked: We were there for 5 nights no one changed out towles. When we asked for someone to give us more towles and take wet towles no one came.

Bad

Liked: Place looked nice and the location next to perotti park was great for festival.
Disliked: They didn't have a room for me even though I booked a year in advance. Ended up having to get a room the next city over. Ruined the weekend.

Very disappointed

Liked: Location and having large condo.
Disliked: The construction was ridiculous. They were jackhammering at 7 AM in the morning. The water was shut off one day for three hours no toilets no running water. at the pool they were constantly doing brickwork and other loud machinery. We could not use the facilities at the resort, it was just way too loud and we were there for six nights very disappointing, discuss it with the front desk. There should’ve been a discount offered. If I knew there was going to be construction I never would’ve booked her. We did not swim in the pool once at night. It was too cold and during the day it was loud and not relaxing..

Comfortable and convenient property in...

Liked: The property is in a great location. Easy walking to a number of attractions and reataurants.
Disliked: One of the pools was under construction, but the second pool was fully functional so it wasn’t too bad. The one under construction is the larger one that serves as both an indoor and outdoor pool. The second one is solely an outdoor pool.

Liked: We had no breakfast. The location was excellent.
Disliked: Having no hot water(finally fixed) could not control the air conditioner. Very cold in the room. However, the rooms were very clean. I would visit again.
