Nice staycation due to construction...

Liked: Comfy, nice atmosphere. Patio.
Disliked: Room was not as clean as I would have liked.

The location was great and...

Liked: The Pool was great. It was heated, it was large enough for the kids to play and have fun and was open late enough that we could enjoy it after we got back from dinner and visiting the area. We were very pleased with the pool
Disliked: We were disappointed that the bar and food/coffee station was closed during our stay. It was closed when we arrived around 8/8:30 at night. In the morning we went looking for a quick bite to eat before packing up and nothing was open. There was brewed coffee available in the lobbby but it was from the night before and was cold.

Liked: Air conditioning worked
Disliked: For the amount that I paid, I should not have had to wait 45 minutes in line to check in. Especially since you stress not coming before 4 pm on a Friday. There should be a mirror with lights, with a counter outside of the bathroom. Mirror fogged so much in the bathroom.

This place should be shut...

Liked: This property is dirty. They ought to be ashamed they should shut this place down.
Disliked: The bed had urine stains on it. The inside the room was just so dirty. And then the tails that she used look like they had a urine stain on them in the bathroom. This is just so sad call down to the front desk. They couldn't do not because housekeeping wasn't there. This do not make no sense at all.

Liked: Rooms were very clean, amazing view and private balconies!
Disliked: Non strict pool policy- not much discipline for large groups that come with minimal adult supervision.

Liked: The facilities were nice and convenient to where we needed to be. The service in the bar and lounge area was absolutely horrible! We had waited at a table and then stood at the bar almost 20 minutes and there was literally no one around! We saw the manger, I’m assuming, say to an employee who was sitting at one of the tables “you need to look after the bar”. The employee stood up and disappeared, to only reappear like 10 minutes later. Meanwhile, many people standing around waiting for service. We ended up leaving and going across the street for food and drinks.
