Liked: The indoor and outdoor pool, along with the playground for my toddler and all access to the shopping center which was a great location near our family stay.
Disliked: The water temperature from our shower kept running steaming hot water for a long time before it went back to it normal temperature.

Liked: Massive dark hallways. The restaurant is never open Property is odd.
Disliked: We were next door to a room that the occupants were having loud arguments. Called for security 2 times. After the second call I was told by Nicole at desk that there was nothing that could be done because the occupants were PRAYING????. The noise was loud arguing that began around 4:45 AM.

Nightmare of inconsiderate patrons and...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Lots to do near hotel
Disliked: The place is obnoxious and awful. Loud music blasting for hours. Can hear song in room over ac and tv with doors shut. Vibrates the bed. They have let numerous preteen and teen groups take over the place and are running screaming, banging on door and walls. Outside on patio and pool screaming running and dancing. We could not use the pool and other amenities due to the loudness and commotion. Was not relaxing. Staff does not answer to report. Difficulty with checking in. Was offered an upgrade at no charge and then they charged my card the full price. Cannot cancel a hold of anyone to dispute. Can sit on the patio for the commotion and the garbages, bags of trash and empty beer bottles. This stay has been a nightmare. And was looking for a relaxing weekend away with my daughter. Beyond disappointed.

Liked: It was nice. This isn’t my first time staying. It’s always busy because it’s a convention center. They have a Starbucks two pools. It was good!
Disliked: It’s a lot of children! It’s to be expected but wow !
