Disliked: The room was dirtyThe ac did not work wellThe fight in the lobby was not good for my kids and the blood on the floor was terrible.

Property 10/10. Staff 4/10.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The indoor heated pool was a 10/10, very warm but I love warm water. The outdoor pool probably would’ve been great too during the day, however, I wasn’t able to enjoy.
Disliked: The property itself was very great. However, the staff could’ve been a little better at customer service. I came in to check in but they were taking care of another customer. However, there were multiple people at the front desk, and none of them said a single thing to me, until I asked one of them if they could check me in, they said I had to wait for the one that was dealing with the other customer. Then, later in the evening, I asked someone at the front desk the times for the pool, and where the indoor pool was located. At first, he acted like he didn’t even know himself, or maybe was bothered that I even asked. Guess I should’ve just read on the walls myself to figure it out.

Not good.

Disliked: The door scanner didn’t work. Had to go back to the lobby. Was told then, it works but you need to pull the door at the same time. On third floor. Press 3, all rooms showed the fifth floor numbers. Had to find someone ( who DID NOT speak English )to take us to 2nd floor to find rm 323! No coffee left in room. I found someone to get us coffee. Didn’t get cups. When I got home found out my bank card was charged $30. I did nothing to get that charge. I want my money returned.

Convenient, but not clean.

Liked: So close to Dutch Wonderland and the outlets. the pools and outdoor area are nice. The rooms are HUGE. Extremely quiet. Love having a handheld shower for kids bathing. Beds super soft.
Disliked: We stayed here about 4 years ago and the rooms were pristine. I was really surprised how the quality has gone down. The room we got was not very clean. Door knobs were sticky. The bathroom smelled, the tub molding was mouldy or falling apart. Under the sink was oddly taped up. The shower had hair everywhere. The countertops were all dirty or stained. Cheerios on the floor. It was poorly maintained, but also just dirty.

Disliked: A lot of the games in the game room were broken the tub in both rooms were broken

Hotels great, Staff? Not so...

Liked: It’s in a good spot. Parking is decent. The pool area is very nice and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. I like the pool rooms and the doors that open up right to the pool.
Disliked: The staff is not attentive. There is one gentleman at the front desk who seems like a nice guy but the rest of them are just lazy. I was never able to call the front desk and get a person. I had to walk to the lobby every time. I told them about a wasps nest in the playground and no one did anything until later in the day when I spoke to them again and other parents complained. We were told to get out of the pool to get a wristband that we had to have one but then no one else had one. There is one woman who is always on her cell phone and not very approachable. The man working at the Starbucks counter was having loud phone conversations with someone on FaceTime. All around the staff is just not professional.

Disliked: Wasn’t able to upgrade, noisy loud neighbors walking through the hallways. Thumbs down on Roku tv., couldn’t find anything up to date to watch, I’m not into watching game shows 20/30 years old. No up to date sports and local news. Roku is lousy television
