Liked: Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: We found small ants in our room on the TV stand and dressers. The pool was too cold to even use.

Liked: We were given the requested handicapped accommodations. Our room was wonderful and close to everything. Thank you to Atal and staff.
Disliked: The restaurant has a very small menu. The room price is high.

A nightmare hotel from hell.

Liked: Worst restaurant days ever. Cooks were either high or not in the kitchen. Took 2.5 hours to get chicken nuggets and a quesadilla until the manager called and he got it in literally 7 minutes. Most people canceled their orders. I figured it was just a bad weekend but no people say they come annually for event and it’s always a total disaster
Disliked: Staff terribleMost miserable staff everBartender throwing empty cans. Rolling eyes at pleasant people trying to get a wine. Took us asking 3 times so nicely and 40 minutes. Worst place ever. So depressing

Liked: Great location and amenities for guests. This place serves its purpose as a convention center.
Disliked: It was a Saturday afternoon and a busy one at that, but the hotel was dirty in the lobby and hallways. It's a busy place and if you aren't there for the convention center, I would not stay here again.
