Great staff, great pool ,...

Liked: It was nice. This isn’t my first time staying. It’s always busy because it’s a convention center. They have a Starbucks two pools. It was good!
Disliked: It’s a lot of children! It’s to be expected but wow !

Liked: The property was nice and clean. In a good location near shops and restaurants.
Disliked: My Bacon from the buffet breakfast was cold.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

Disliked: To make a long story short they tried to kick me and my kids out 3 hours after being there because we invited some family members to our room to sing happy birthday to my 11 year old daughter. They came to the room didn’t have proper reasoning stated that the people i had in my room were not documented to stay and i told them that is correct they are not staying they came to visit and they are leaving the children i checked in with are the only ones staying with me. No warning nothing she proceeded to state i needed to leave the premises i can not continue my stay. Even without understanding i stated i will get my children and head to the front desk to get better clarification of this. Not even 5 minutes into cleaning up my belongings and getting my kids out of their bathing suits into clothes they knocked on the door again insisting we need to leave at this time i am very frustrated because i am trying to get everything together even 4 children. So i offered her to come in the room and watch me gather my belongings and get my children together she then said no it is ok i said ok so please relax and give me time to get everything together as it will take me a moment.I then left the room went to the front desk and handed in my keys and requested all the documents i signed and the front desk was so confused as to what’s happening i stated they told me i need to leave i want all the dominants i would like all the policies you guys have here and i also would like corporates number. A gentlemen walked over with the lady that was very rude and impatient. I stated please do not bring her around me she is rude impatient and can not do anything for me he then shooed her away the gentlemen began trying to explain to me what the reason for asking me to leave was. I was very frustrated and just demanded i get the forms that state the policies and where is states where i cannot get a refund for only being there 3 hours.

Disliked: STAFF WAS SO RUDE!!!!Staff was so unhelpful Had to wait 40 minutes for maintenance 2 hidden charges Staff made me feel so unwelcome and unhelpful they saw me struggling with my 3 children one being autistic and they where the cause of it and still didn’t want to helpBalcony furniture was uncleaned!Hotel is like a maze and staff so unhelpful with directions They never Answer the room phone But the worst of all is how rude they are and how much lies they tell they told me 2 lies during my stayI will most definitely not be staying again!It was not worth $320 then a $50 + $30 feesHighly disappointed The staff need lessons on costumer service
