Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs restaurants and shops and short drive to the parks. Transport to Disney is included, you have to book via a website and all the details are provided to you. There’s a buffet or off menu breakfast available in the main hotel with a great selection available including fresh made waffles and omelettes; burgers and other snacks were available in the poolside bar. There’s also a coffee place and a small shop in the lobby though we found the shop really expensive. There’s a separate bar down in the lobby where you can get some snacks in the evening as well. We were in the main hotel building on 19th floor and had a great view out over Disney Springs and some of the parks. Really quiet and very clean room, lots of space for clothes, luggage and so on. Pool area is great, lots of sun loungers and towels available, with 2 separate pools and a hot tub. Thé smoking area is outside the pool area down toward the lake. A duck had moved into the pool while we were there and regularly shouted at the guests who were too close and noisy - a highlight of the stay! We used the guest laundry which was really useful as we travel lighter and do a halfway wash. I think it was about $4.50 to wash and same for dryer.I’d highly recommend this hotel, it had everything we needed and we just asked if we had any questions - which was rare.

Location is everything

Liked: Third time staying here. We loved getting a disney view room in the tower section of the hotel. It was worth the little extra. The rooms were newer than the other sections of the hotel which was nice. Great water pressure from the shower. Walk to disney springs is why we always come back. The pool is great too. However, the bed was not good. Very lumpy mattress that sunk in...couldn't wait to be back in my own bed.
Disliked: Mattress was lumpy and just felt super worn down. We found some crumbs when we walked in...could've used a better vacuum job. There's always some large conferences going on here, I swear, everytime we go. Obviously the convenience of disney springs attracts a lot of guests but sometimes those guests can affect your relaxation. This is not a quiet hotel but the walk to springs makes it all worth it.
