Nice room and location. Initial price was good but additional fees at check in added $30.

Excellent except for the Check...

Liked: Location for Disney Springs and parks is excellent, Pool for adults and children and surrounding lounging area are excellent.We have been using this property for our vacations for the past 30 years and the rooms definitely need a refurbishment and updating.
Disliked: The check in process after a long flight etc was a nightmare.We had 2 rooms booked under the same surname but with different christian names paid for in advance, but the arrogant staff member said there was only 1 room booked because you can’t book 2 rooms with the same surname???After a lengthy process of trying to educate this person she found the booking using the booking references.The Check In desk process resembled more of a Custody Desk process.

Disliked: Staff not very accommodating, the kids play pack/ crib was not fair to keep my baby in so we asked for an extra duvet or blankets to help add cousin, frot desk never brought this up even after I personally requested this at the desk (phone to re to guest service not working). The room was only ok and not the cleanest.
