Wyndham La Cascada Hotel

I am very dissatisfied with...

Disliked: We were unable to stay at La Cascada due to the property being overbooked. We ended up staying at a Westin on the other side of town. We were charged a lot more than our room was worth, plus we incurred Uber fees that we were not anticipating on incurring. We lost out on a lot of site seeing due to overbooking fiasco. Instead of saving money through Booking.com, the relocation cost of time and money. Beyond disappointed.

Great Stay

Liked: Everything was perfect. Hard to turn the shower on without getting a cold spray! No big deal.

Enjoyed the stay!

Liked: Great suite. Great staff. Great location. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Under construction, so some areas not available for use.

Superb

Liked: The apartment was very spacious and had air con and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The pool was great and always quiet. The staff were so lovely and the location was great for us. Just off the Riverwalk.
Disliked: I read reviews prior to our arrival about rooms being cancelled last minute due to this being a time share apartment block. So this caused stress prior to arrival but once we were checked in that went away.

Amazing experience!!

Liked: The staff was attentive and thoughtful… Always stopping whatever they were doing to engage. We came in from a long walk on the river and they got us cold water to take to our room. Highly recommended and will definitely return if ever in the area.
Disliked: Nothing….
