Would have asked to have room changed immediately but we had a difficult time finding rooms on-line and since we were only staying one night decided to stick with the room. Did not report the mold right away because we knew there was nothing that could be done. All hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. Because staff had no knowledge of room conditions probably would not recommend it to friends.

Liked: Food in The Marker was excellent. Front desk management was apologetic. Reservation details went smoothly.
Disliked: Carpeting in room had cigarette burn marks and multiple stains. We were uncomfortable walking on it in bare feet. Bathroom ceiling was very moldy over shower and toilet area. Management claimed no one had mentioned these problems before. Housekeeping that didn't report these problems makes me worry about what we couldn't see.

Great for Gen Con out...

Liked: Has restaurant inside and convenience store. Decent pool. By I've stayed in three other near by hotels. This one is worth the extra 20-30 on price you see compared to others. There is no free breakfast but the convenience store is there.
Disliked: No free breakfast. A simple set up for breakfast would really help sell these rooms.
