Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

Would have asked to have room changed immediately but we had a difficult time finding rooms on-line and since we were only staying one night decided to stick with the room. Did not report the mold right away because we knew there was nothing that could be done. All hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. Because staff had no knowledge of room conditions probably would not recommend it to friends.

Liked: Food in The Marker was excellent. Front desk management was apologetic. Reservation details went smoothly.
Disliked: Carpeting in room had cigarette burn marks and multiple stains. We were uncomfortable walking on it in bare feet. Bathroom ceiling was very moldy over shower and toilet area. Management claimed no one had mentioned these problems before. Housekeeping that didn't report these problems makes me worry about what we couldn't see.

Disliked: They mistook me for previous tenant. And wanted to kick me out 2 hrs after I checked in. Lol

DISAPPOINTED! NEITHER OF THE CLEANING...

Liked: No breakfast. A restaurant was there to purchase breakfast. I did not try it.
Disliked: I was attending a workshop there and they only had one elevator (out of three), working for 6 floors. When I was going down from the fourth floor to check out, the elevator got stuck on the 3rd floor, fortunately with the door open. I had to use the stairs to take the luggage I was carrying and descend to the first floor. I used stairs to return to fourth floor for remaining luggage and use stairs again to get to first floor.

We had a blast!

Liked: Location was great & staff was outstanding as always. This is our 3rd year in a row.
Disliked: Service in the restaurant was absolutely horrible. Blond waitress was very rude & didn't offer us a single refill. Was very disappointed, as I've spent a lot of money in the restaurant & the bar over several years. From now on we will always leave the hotel to eat & buy our own drinks.

Exceptional

Liked: Restaurant on premises. Just a classy place.

Poor

Liked: Convenience to convention
Disliked: They had 2 elevator for the whole place that worked, we had emergency and had to leave, it took over am hr to get up and down in the elevator.

Bad hotel, terrible service

Liked: Location near the airport, easy access to the hotel from the freeway
Disliked: Service was terrible, I asked for some cups and sugars and they said they did not have staff and that I need to come down and get what I needed myself. Also only one elevator was working, had to wait long time to go up or down.
