Exceptional

Liked: The manager took care of us,when we had a lot of issues with our room,she gave us an upgrade. We were celebrating our birthdays, and the room we got was dirty and never cleaned. The manager upgraded us from what we had to the biggest room in the hotel.

Nice.

Liked: A great value purchased online. One can see it was an outstanding meeting place at one time.Upgrading to atge star rating it once was will take some creativity finding all the corners you can cut to make it feasable.

Disliked: The grounds are nasty. Under construction. Trash, floors, dust. Got locked out and elevator didn't work. It was horrible.

Disliked: First room provided to use was trashed and not ready. When they switched rooms our new bed was covered in stained sheets and provided one towel- we had to wait quite a while for new linens/towels. Pool water was filthy.

Liked: The breakfast option and location with ample parking, swimming pool.
Disliked: The bathroom has no exhaust to carry fumes away. We had to eat in the same room where we could smell bathroom fumes.

Disliked: It’s not clean, even trash cane wasn’t kept clear and no trash cane in rest room. I observed insects inside the room. It’s not worth for money.

Disliked: Waited to Check in for over1hr . 1 lady working desk net kept going out . She was very nice tho . My bed sheets were dirty . Called down to get a new one no cleaning staff available had to go get it . Room never got clean the time I was there . Had to go down and get my own towels and rags . Room was dirty . Make up all over the sink from previous visitors. Microwave did not work . Dirt laying in the bathtub. Shampoo/ conditioner containers were empty but left .
